Teacher Gifts

I need to buy six teacher gifts this year for my daughters' preschool and Mother's Day Out teachers/aides. I normally have an idea by now, but I am at a total loss this year. Does anyone have a favorite teacher gift you like to give?

My mother was a teacher for over 30 years, so I have seen some scary gifts (a half used bar of soap one year) and I think it makes me a little more paranoid than most when picking out gifts. I know that you can only use so many apple coffee cups!
